Paris Saint-Germain and Morocco right-back Achraf Hakimi has reportedly been accused of rape.
It’s understood French prosecutors have opened a preliminary investigation following the allegation made by a 23-year-old woman.
According to the Associated Press, a judicial official says the investigation is being led by the prosecutor’s office in the Paris suburb of Nanterre.

The judicial official – who is not authorised to be publicly named speaking about the investigation – would not provide details about the accusation or comment on media reports about what allegedly happened.
PSG officials did not respond to requests for comment, and Achraf Hakimi has not publicly responded to the accusation.
The right back did not play in PSG’s victory over Marseille on Sunday because of thigh problems, but he has made 31 appearances this season.
He was also named in the Fifpro Men’s World XI on Monday night.

The Spain-born star was a key player in Morocco’s history-making semi-finalist team at the World Cup.
Born in Madrid, he scored a penalty in the 3-0 shootout victory over Spain to book their place in the final four.
They went on to be beaten 2-0 by France in the semi-final.
