A Kenyan lady named Ruth James is the talk of social media after she exposed some of the men that she has infected with HIV.
Min Nyangile, as many refer her, believes it is high time she makes public names of everyone she has slept with for everyone to know men currently on HIV pills.

Ruth who is a mother of one daughter, judging from her Facebook profile, claims that she has infected over 500 men with the deadly virus.
She has printed a long list containing names of the men that she has reportedly infected with the virus.
Ruth claims that she is tired with life and wants to die. “Dying is the best thing. I have suffered a lot,” she wrote.

Former Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko, paraded the faces of the men that Ruth has reportedly infected and advised them to start taking ARVs.

Speaking bitterly through her Facebook page, Ruth claimed she has infected countless number of men willingly and she has all the names. In one of the posts, she said;
