Ghanaian rapper Medikal has finally addressed the swirling rumors about his alleged secret relationship with popular musician Eazzy.
The speculation about their relationship began in May 2024, following his high-profile breakup with Fella Makafui.
Reports suggested that Medikal’s infidelity, including an alleged affair with Eazzy, was a factor in their separation.

The rumors gained momentum when socialite Davon shared details about Medikal and Eazzy’s relationship on Snapchat.
Since then, social media has been buzzing with photos and posts showing the two together in various locations and matching outfits, which fueled further speculation.
In response to the growing speculation, Medikal addressed the rumors in a Snapchat video. While he did not directly confirm or deny the affair, he gave a cryptic message about the situation.

“If anyone tells you anything about me, believe it. It’s true. Don’t doubt the person,” Medikal said.
“What you are seeing online is just a small part of what’s happening in my private life; if I showed you everything, it would be overwhelming. I want to stay low-key and keep the majority of my private life off social media. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t share much online anymore.”
