Kyle LeDuc was born on July 29, 1981 in Cherry Valley, California.
He grew up in a racing family, as his father Curt was an off-road legend and his brother Todd was also a racer.
He started his motorsports career in mountain bike racing, where he won various downhill championships.
He switched to desert racing in 1999 and won the Baja 2000 Class 8.
He began short course off-road racing in 2002 and won the Prolite World Championship at Crandon in 2003.
He moved up to Pro 4 in 2008 and became one of the most successful drivers in the sport.

Over 100 career wins: LeDuc reached his 100th career win in 2020 at the ERX MotorPark in Elk River, MN, where he had a “perfect weekend” of qualifying and winning every race. He also won the 2009 and 2010 Lucas Oil Challenge Cup, a race between Pro 2 and Pro 4 trucks.
BorgWarner Cup winner: LeDuc won the prestigious BorgWarner Cup at Crandon International Off-Road Raceway in 2009, beating the best off-road racers in the world. He also won the Prolite World Championship at Crandon in 2003.
Extreme E driver: LeDuc signed with Chip Ganassi Racing to compete in the inaugural season of Extreme E, a new electric off-road racing series that aims to raise awareness of environmental issues. He partnered with Sara Price as the team’s male driver.
