Suella Braverman husband -Ellen Cassiana Braverman KC is a British politician and barrister who became Home Secretary of the United Kingdom on 25 October 2022. She had previously held the position from 6 September to 19 October 2022 under Prime Minister Liz Truss.

Suella Braverman, full name; Sue-Ellen Cassiana Braverman was born on April 3, 1980, in Harrow, United Kingdom. She attended the Uxendon Manor Primary School in Brent and Heathfield School, Pinner after which she read law at Queens’ College, Cambridge.
She’s now a British politician and as a member of the Conservative Party she has held many positions including being a Member of Parliament (MP) for Fareham in 2015. From 2017 to 2018, Braverman was chair of the European Research Group and in the January 2018 cabinet reshuffle, she was appointed parliamentary under-secretary of state for exiting the European Union.
In November of that same year (2018), Braverman resigned in protest against May’s draft Brexit withdrawal agreement. In the February 2020 cabinet reshuffle; Braverman was appointed as Queen’s Counsel automatically on her appointment.
From 2020 to 2022, she was appointed attorney general for England and Wales and also advocate general for Northern Ireland by then Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Following Johnson’s resignation, Braverman contested in the July–September (2022) Conservative Party leadership election but was eliminated from the ballot after the second round of voting.
She then supported Truss’s bid to become Conservative leader and when Truss became prime minister, Braverman was appointed home secretary on 6 September 2022. Following criticism for breaching the Ministerial Code by sending a sensitive official document to a political ally using her personal email address, Braverman resigned as home secretary on 19 October 2022

Braverman had been caught speeding last summer and prior to paying a fine and accepting points on her license, reports say she allegedly asked civil servants to arrange a private one-to-one speed awareness course for her.
