The Zaria Zonal Command of Kaduna State Vigilante Service (KadVs) have apprehended four bridegrooms for not following the lockdown law instituted by the Kaduna State Government over coronavirus outbreak in the country.
The couples were arrested with their friends at Lowcost, Mangwaron Babayo, Magajiya and Bakin Kasuwa settlements in Zaria, Kaduna State.

Reacting to the issue, Zaria Zonal Commandant of KadVS, Malam Bala Galadima confirmed the arrest the bridegeooms.
Galadima further expatiated that they also arrested a bride, her groom and other guests at a marriage ceremony in the city on Wednesday 25th March,2020 following an information they had.
Remember that the Kaduna state government declared a total lockdown in the state on Thursday March 26, after closing down schools and other public places to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus.
