Dancehall sensation Shatta Wale has officially dropped his much-anticipated album, Shatta And Fans Album (SAFA), on September 20, 2024.
To celebrate this milestone, he took to the streets of Accra in a memorable and extravagant way, engaging directly with his fans.
The excitement kicked off at the Accra Mall, where Shatta greeted his dedicated fans, known as SM4LYF. In a spectacular display, he began showering the crowd with GH¢5 notes—yes, actual money!

Fans were in a frenzy, scrambling and laughing as they rushed to grab the cash raining down from the sky.
After the epic start, Shatta made his way back to his roots in Nima, where he received a hero’s welcome.
The community embraced him with open arms, celebrating their local superstar in style. But he wasn’t done yet!
Shatta continued his joyous journey, cruising through popular neighborhoods like Lapaz, Tudu, and Spintex, spreading the SAFA vibes everywhere he went.

His close friend and fellow rapper, Medikal, joined the festivities, adding to the fun and engaging with fans.
