Renowned Ghanaian footballer Asamoah Gyan recently issued an apology to Fadda Dickson, the Managing Director of the Despite Media Group, on behalf of comedian Funny Face, to mend a fractured relationship.
This gesture seeks to address and heal a rift that has caused considerable strain between the comedian and the top media executive.
In a recent interview with Dan Kwaku Yeboah on Peace FM, the former Black Stars captain offered his sincerest regrets for the discord that had arisen.

Gyan took it upon himself to bridge the gap between Funny Face and Fadda Dickson, urging for a reconciliation that could mend the fractured relationship.
“I would like to extend my regards to Fadda Dickson and the entire Despite Media Group,” Gyan said.
“There’s a saying that if your child defecates on your lap, you don’t cut it off, but clean it. So, I want to apologize to Fadda Dickson on behalf of my brother [Funny Face] for their past disagreements.”
Gyan stressed that the controversies that led to the current estrangement were not entirely attributable to Funny Face.
He made a heartfelt appeal for Fadda Dickson to reconsider and allow the comedian an opportunity to address and rectify the situation.

“If you consider the situation, it wasn’t his fault. I plead that you allow my brother to come back and resolve the issues,” Gyan told Dan Kwaku Yeboah.
Funny Face’s previous comments about Despite Media Group damaged his relationship with Fadda Dickson.
As a result, Funny Face is rarely seen on Despite Media platforms, although no official ban has been announced.
