Ghanaian actress and social media queen Andrea Owusu, better known as Efia Odo, is making headlines again, but this time, it’s all about business.
The glamorous star has come forward to clear up the confusion about her role in the restaurant she’s frequently flaunted online.
Initially, Efia Odo hinted on United Showbiz that she was the sole owner of the trendy eatery.

However, she’s now setting the record straight with a twist—she actually owns 40% of it! To prove her point, she’s shared official documents online, making her case with undeniable evidence.
So why the sudden need for clarification? Rumors have been swirling that Efia might have been shown the door from her managerial position at the restaurant.
Word on the street is that Kobby Sarpong, the man behind Ridge Condos in Kumasi, is the real owner of the place.
The buzz is that there’s been a bit of a tiff between Sarpong and Efia Odo, leading to him taking over the restaurant’s operations and revamping its social media presence.

In true Efia Odo style, she hit back on social media with a mix of sass and certainty. She posted her documents with the caption:
“My 40% ownership of Eats Avenue Restaurant is very factual and backed by law. I don’t necessarily need to be at the helm of affairs as a proud legal owner. If in doubt, kindly refer to Reg. No. CS033890324 & TIN: C0063837021 on the Ghana Register of Companies records. Thank you.”
Shortly after clarifying her position, Efia announced on social media that she is no longer affiliated with the restaurant.
