Ghanaian socialite Efia Odo, born Andrea Owusu, is no stranger to making headlines with her candid remarks.
Recently, on UTV’s popular talk show United Showbiz, Efia Odo made waves once again with a bold and unfiltered response to actor Kwaku Manu.
The discussion, which centered around the ongoing social media feud between Efia Odo and singer Sista Afia, took an unexpected turn when Kwaku Manu playfully suggested that he could marry both women.

In a moment of levity, Kwaku Manu jested about the possibility of a polygamous union, only to find himself the subject of Efia Odo’s blunt rejection.
The socialite did not mince words when she addressed the actor’s proposal, making it clear that she had no romantic interest in him.
“I don’t want to be with you or marry you. You are not my type and you don’t meet my standards,” Efia Odo asserted firmly.
The room fell into a stunned silence as the other panelists reacted to Efia Odo’s direct response. Kwaku Manu, seemingly taken aback by the forthrightness of her words, inquired, “Does that mean she said she won’t marry at all?”

Efia was quick to clarify, “I said I won’t marry you. Emphasis on you, because you are not my type.”
With the discussion heating up, Efia Odo went on to elaborate on her criteria for an ideal partner. “I want a responsible man. I think Kwaku Manu is even married, and I don’t want someone with children. I’m looking for a wealthy man, someone with generational wealth,” she stated unequivocally.
In response, Kwaku Manu noted, “I have four kids.”
MzGee, the host of the show, expressed surprise at Efia Odo’s forthright statements and sought further clarification.
Efia Odo elaborated on her past experiences, revealing, “I have dated men who didn’t have money before. I supported them and was a great partner, but they left me.”
When questioned about the practicality of finding a partner who meets all her criteria, Efia Odo responded with confidence.
“I am going to find someone who ticks all these boxes because I know my worth and the value I bring to the table,” she asserted.
