Police in Makueni county on Thursday, July 18, arrested three Form Two female students following a botched po!s0ning attempt on their colleague.
The incident was reported at the Makueni Police Station by the school’s deputy principal after she was informed of the failed attempt by the class prefect.

The suspects allegedly planned to p0ison their colleague using chemicals stolen from the school’s laboratory last Thursday, July 18.
“The said chemicals are hydr0chloric ac¡d, Ben£dict’s solution and phen0lphthal£in indicator,” said the deputy principal.
The report further showed one of the three girls was supposed to carry out the heinous activity while the other two were to keep vigil.
However, the executor refused to carry out her assignment initiating an argument among the three which attracted the attention of the prefects.
“One of the students was to execute the plan by lacing victim’s lunch meal with one of the chemicals namely Phen0lpthalin£ indicator while the other two kept vigil,”
It was at that point that one of the student revealed the conspiracy to the class prefect who then reported to the deputy principal.
“The three minors are now at the police station for interrogations and further necessary police action,” said the police.
