Former child actor Evan Ellingson has died at the age of 35 in his California home.
The 6ft1in star best known for his role in the film My Sister’s Keeper, starring Cameron Diaz.
He also had a recurring role in CSI: Miami, starring as Kyle Harmon for a total of 18 episodes.
Ellingson also appeared in General Hospital, Mad TV, Bones, and films such as Walk the Talk, The Bondage, and The Gristle.
He was found dead in the bedroom of his sober living facility in LA’s San Bernardino County on Sunday, according to a Monday report from TMZ.
There appears to be no foul play involved, according to the coroner’s office which talked to the site.

His cause of death has not been released, but his father told TMZ that his son was in a sober-living home prior to his death.
His family told the publication that he struggled with drug addiction but was working on his recovery.
