On March 27, 2023, TMZ reported that Nunes had filed for divorce from Krupa – citing irreconcilable differences – according to Los Angeles County court documents.
The pair have allegedly been separated since January 2, 2023.
According to the outlet: “When it comes to spousal support, the guy’s asking a judge to leave Joanna out in the cold … as he’s looking to block the court’s ability to award her any of that.
“DN notes in his paperwork that he wants the court to determine who gets what from their marital assets, and there’s no mention of a prenup in the petition.”

How many children do Krupa and Nunes have?
The pair welcomed their first child, daughter, Asha-Leigh Nunes, back in 2019.
Krupa took to Instagram in May of 2019 to announce the news with a picture of herself smiling as she held a positive pregnancy test.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Nunes is allegedly asking for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.
If the couple goes through with the divorce, it will mark the Real Housewives of Miami star’s second failed marriage.
Krupa was previously married to businessman Romain Zago from 2013 to 2017.
