1 person is dead and 5 others are injured after a stolen car slammed into a building, causing it to collapse.
The stolen car crashed into another vehicle, sending both flying into the building, police in Baltimore, Maryland said.
The wreck happened after cops spotted a stolen car shortly before 9pm.

Police approached the vehicle but the driver took off before hitting the second car.
Photos showed the cars buried in rubble as firefighters worked to free two people who were trapped.
A pedestrian was hit by flying debris from the crash, officials said.
The victim was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where they were initially listed in critical condition.
Who died in the crash and how the five victims were hurt remained unclear in the hours immediately following the emergency.
A special rescue team was called to the area to help stabilize the building and help with the recovery process, said the firefighter’s union.
According to officials, at least five medics were sent to the scene of the collapse.

The Baltimore Police Department’s Crash Team investigators were also sent to the area.
Images from the scene showed debris covering the street as emergency crews flooded the area.
One photo showed a car covered with bricks from the collapsed building.
Another car could be seen covered in debris as yellow police tape cordoned off the area to keep citizens at bay.
Both vehicles were pulled from the rubble at around 10.30pm
Two bus routes had to be detoured due to police activity, according to the Maryland Transit Administration.
