Emma Pattison Obituary, Death
– In the early hours of this morning, Sunday 5 February, the Southeast Coast Ambulance Service contacted Surrey Police about a property on the grounds of Epsom College. Officers arrived around 01:10 a.m. and discovered three bodies, including a child.
According to Surrey Police, the bodies discovered were those of Emma Pattison (45), Head of Epsom College, her daughter Lettie (7), and her husband George Pattison (39). The family’s next of kin have been notified, and special officers are assisting them. During this difficult time, we respectfully request that their privacy be respected.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding their deaths is underway. At this point, police believe this is a one-time occurrence with no involvement from a third party. “On behalf of Surrey Police, my team, and I, I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to Emma, Lettie, and George’s friends and family, as well as the students and staff of Epsom College, for their tragic loss,” Detective Chief Inspector Kimball Edey said.
