Vehicle carrying corpse catches fire in south Africa but dead body remains unburnt in new viral video
The vehicle was travelling to the family of the deceased’s home when the vehicle burst into flames.
Reports have it that that the incident happened on Saturday morning around Broadway Street, Paarl, Boland.

It was gathered that a statement was released immediately by the Paarl East’ Drakenstein Municipality Spokesperson, Riana Geldenhuys stated that the corpse got burnt.
However in it was gathered that undertakers confirmed that the body was unburnt and the funeral went as planned. Geldenhuy also made an statement update on Sunday, December 6.
Pictures of the burning hearse is currently making rounds online, media personality, Ubi Franklin also posted it on his social media account.

As of the time of filing this report, the family members of the corpse involved haven’t commented on the incident.
