A man has shamelessly been caught red-handed stealing soap meant to be used for hand wash.
The young man faked to be washing his hands after he spotted the soap on top of a Veronica bucket at the front of a work place.
As it has become necessary for everyone to put measures to stop the outbreak, most shops and households have adopted the habit of keeping soap, and water at their entrance.

In a video fast going viral a young man after visiting a washing stand of a shop decided to “boot” with the soap when he was approached by the shop owner.
