NDC activist, Dzifa Gunu took to social media via Facebook to share a picture of a man looking stoned while a red ladies panties is festooned around his neck.
And as the photo goes viral, secrets behind how the said pant got to bedeck the nape of the said man is rattling.
According to Dzifa Gunu, the man in the photo is the Deputy Communication Minister and Member of Parliament for Awutu-Senya West Constituency, Hon. George Andah.
Sharing the photo on his Facebook page Dzifa Gunu wrote : We are back
