Nollywood actress, Victoria Inyama has revealed that she was once raped by her husband.
After Nollywood actress Anita Joseph made a comment that husbands cannot be accused of rape by their wives is when she made this comment.
Anita Joseph revealed that a married friend of hers had come to her for advice after she stated she was raped by her husband.

Anita however, did not quite agree that it was possible for a husband to rape his wife. According to her, a woman should never deny her husband sex as long as they are married and the husband has paid the bride price.
Reacting to this, Victoria Inyama indicated that marital rape is something that is really going on with a lot of women suffering from it every blessed day.
Taking to her Instagram handle, she shared a video of herself sharing her experience with the caption;

Marital Rape is a form of Domestic violence & sexual Abuse, historically sex within marriage was regarded as a right of the spouses,But engaging in the act without the spouse’s consent & then Penetrating in now widely classified as Rape!
