The one-week celebration commemorating the death of popular Ghanaian Hiplife musician Kofi Boakye Yiadom, aka Kofi B, has taken place and it was a sad sight to behold at the event grounds.
Kofi B, born Kofi Boakye Yiadom, died of a suspected heart attack on February 2, 2020.

According to close sources, he complained of chest pains and unusual heartbeat after a performance in Cape Coast. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but died before arrival.
As custom demands, the one-week celebration of Kofi B happened on Sunday, 16 February 2020 at Achimota, De-Temple.
Kofi B observed a one-week commemoration had friends and family members in attendance.

Highlife singer, Ofori Amponsah, also referred to as ‘Mr All 4real’ also came to the grounds and in a video sighted by Atinkanews.net was seen weeping uncontrollably.

The date for the final burial of the late highlife legend has been scheduled to happen on April 26, 2020, in Accra.
