Popular Ghanaian comic actor, Clement Ashiteye, also known as Clemento Suarez has revealed that the theory of couples receiving special blessings after marriage holds no substance.
Ever since the institution of marriage in the Garden of Eden, it is believed that when two people have gone through all the necessary procedures and recognized by society as husband and wife, the union automatically attracts blessing to the couple.
After being married for nine months, Clemento Suarez has stated that the union does not come with any special blessings.

Speaking in an interview with Zionfelix on the Uncut show, Clemento Suarez said that one can be blessed at any point in time and not necessarily being married.
According to him, so many people around the world have been blessed with generational wealth but have never been married.
He said that the only good thing that comes out of marriage apart from having your generation is respect. He said that society turn to respect people more when they are married.
He also said that there have been instances where people get married and life turns into a nightmare for them so such theories make no sense to him.

Meanwhile, he acknowledged the fact that his wife has been of great help to him ever since they started dating about four years ago.
