Shocking as Men and women risk their lives to scoop diesel from a fuel tanker in new viral video.
Some residents of Owerri completely ignored the fact that their lives were at risk after getting close to a diesel tanker that had broken down on the road after getting involved in an accident.
Men and women both young and old could be seen in a video rushing to scoop the spilled diesel with buckets and gallons of different sizes.

There have been instances where people went close to scoop fuel from a damaged fuel truck and the worst that happened to them was death as the tanker exploded.
