Ghanaian Kumawood actor, Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has captured the hearts of many after a video surfaced on social media showing him gifting his mother a 12-bedroom house.
The emotional moment took place on Sunday, January 19, 2025, during a family gathering and house dedication event at his mother’s new mansion in Kwamang, located in the Afigya Kwabre North district of the Ashanti Region.
For months, Lil Win had been sharing videos on social media, showing the progress of the construction works on his mother, Madam Adwoa Offe’s new home.
The famous actor had already gifted his mother an eight-bedroom house for her 70th birthday in 2017, but this new mansion, which is even bigger and more impressive, marks another milestone in his effort to show appreciation for all the sacrifices she made for him.
Lil Win’s decision to build the 12-bedroom house is part of his tribute to his mother as she celebrates her 80th birthday.
In recent months, the actor had also made sure to improve the roads leading to the mansion, laying cement and carrying out necessary repairs, all while teasing a special event for the handover of the home.
The housewarming party was a family affair, with Lil Win’s wife, Maame Serwaa, close relatives, community members, and associates from his Wezzy Empire family in attendance.
In the video shared by blogger Zionfelix, the actor is seen bursting into tears as he prepares to hand over the keys to his mother’s new home. Overcome with emotion, Lil Win was consoled by his friends and relatives, who joined him in honoring his mother.
