Ghanaian actress Benedicta Gafah is setting the record straight about her stunning figure and those pesky rumors about plastic surgery.
Recently, fans and critics alike have been buzzing about her noticeably toned waist and flat tummy, wondering if she’s had a little help from liposuction.
Benedicta, who often shows off her enviable shape on social media, has been at the center of speculation about body enhancements. But now, she’s speaking out to clear things up.

In a recent Instagram Live video, Benedicta addressed the rumors head-on. She explained that her slim appearance and flat tummy are actually the result of an eating disorder, not plastic surgery.
“My flat tummy isn’t because of liposuction,” she said. “It’s because I don’t eat much. My body is more about genetics. I don’t feel hungry at all. Even when I do feel hungry, just drinking water makes me feel full. When I try to eat, I can only manage one or two spoons before I’m full.”
Benedicta also revealed that her doctor has suggested food supplements to help with her eating disorder. However, she’s hesitant to take them because she’s worried they might cause her to gain weight.
“My doctor says I need supplements to help me eat more, but I’m scared I might put on weight,” she admitted.

On top of dealing with her eating issues, Benedicta shared that she also battles Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
This condition involves experiencing recurring, uncontrollable thoughts and engaging in repetitive behaviors.
