Sarah Beeny, officially known as Sarah Lucinda Beeny is an English broadcaster and entrepreneur born on January 9, 1972. She’s best known for presenting a number of popular property-based programs including; Property Ladder, Britain’s Best Home, Streets Ahead, Property Snakes and Ladders
Benny is best known for presenting other programs such as; How to Live Mortgage Free with Sarah Beeny and Sarah Beeny’s New Life in the Country. She made major headlines in August last year (2022) when she disclosed she had been diagnosed with breast cancer after finding a lump that led to a biopsy.
At the time she shared the news, Sarah said the cancer hadn’t spread stating she had “an 80 percent chance of a cure”. Her mother died of the same disease at the age of 39 when she (Sarah) was 10 years old
In November 2022, it was announced that Channel 4 had commissioned a documentary to follow Beeny and her family as she undergoes treatment.
During her treatment, Sarah shaved her hair after it began to fall out when she started chemotherapy. She also issued updates from her hospital bed and showed off her brand-new collection of ‘tattoos’.
Well, the property renovation expert, Sarah Beeny is back in the news again as she reveals a major health update following her cancer battle. The TV presenter shared positive new news during an appearance on Friday’s Lorraine alongside her two sons Billy Swift and Raffa Swift on April 14, 2023.
Speaking to stand-in host, Christine Lampard, Sarah shared that she is now cancer-free as she reflected on her ‘rollercoaster’ journey with the disease.

The “New Life In The Country” star is a happily married woman who has been married to Graham Swift since September 2002. Born in 1973, Graham works mainly as an artist and has had his artwork featured in several exhibitions.
However, back in 2020, he revealed that he had put his work on hold to focus on renovating the semi-derelict former dairy farm, which was part of the Channel 4 documentary “New Life In The Country.”
In an Instagram post, he wrote: “For the last year I have exchanged my paintbrushes for high vis and a tape measure. If you are having a very slow evening, you can follow the build progress and my wife and family’s move on C4.”
