An old video of Popular Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage auditioning for a UK music talent show has surfaced online.

Tiwa Savage, 43, is without a doubt one of the most talented female vocalists in the Nigerian music scene, but her rise to the top wasn’t without setbacks and rejections.

The old video captured the moment Tiwa Savage auditioned to be a part of the X-Factor talent show in the UK but was turned down by the judges.

In the video, before entering the room for her performance, Tiwa stated that her goal was to create an impression on the judges and advance to the next round.

Unfortunately, she didn’t get a positive response from the judges and didn’t make it to the next stage.

Today, Tiwa  is a name to reckon with in the music industry, both at home and abroad.
