Horrific footage of a woman being hit by a speeding rollercoaster at Royal Melbourne Show in Australia on Sunday has emerged online – as the victim fights for life in hospital.
Shylah Rodden was struck by the ride when she was allegedly trying retrieve a dropped mobile phone – and chilling video of the tragedy has been uploaded online .

The 26-year-old was dragged 30ft and thrown into the air by the Rebel Coaster in Melbourne, Australia, in front of shocked visitors.
Shylah Rodden was left with multiple serious injuries including several fractures and is in a coma in intensive care.
Her father, Alan Rodden, told Daily Mail Australia mystery surrounds how Shylah came to grief on the ride, name The Rebel Coaster.
‘There are a lot of stories going around and I don’t know which one is true and if someone is covering their tracks,’ he said.
On Monday, police claimed Shylah Rodden was struck by the ride at the show while trying to retrieve her mobile phone from the tracks.

Eyewitnesses to the tragedy claim the rollercoaster had crashed into her and carried her up to 9m high into the air before she plunged to the ground.
Mr Rodden suggested his to Daily Mail Australia that his daughter had suffered life changing injuries.
‘Obviously I can’t talk to my daughter. She’s going to be in a coma for quite a while,’ he said.
‘The injuries are horrific. Horrific. She’s brain damaged. It’s pelvic, her arms, legs, back, neck – there’s hardly a thing that’s not broken.
‘I just can’t work out how the hell so much damage has been done.. Even the doctors have said they haven’t seen anything as bad as this for a long time.’
