No arrests have been made in the case of the couple accused of engaging in a sex act at an A’s game — but cops say they at least have a pic of the suspects …
The Oakland Police Dept. told TMZ it believes the man in the black shirt and the woman in the pink pants are the ones who got a little too frisky in the stands at the A’s vs. Mariners game at RingCentral Coliseum on Aug. 21.

Two people at Monday’s Jays game against the Cubs at the Rogers Centre were reportedly escorted out of the stadium after engaging in a ѕєχ act in the 500 level of the stadium.
Video posted by blog TO shows a woman on top of a man, clearly not paying attention to the game.
Police are now hunting the couple who may have committed the crime of a lewd act in public and if charged and found guilty could face six months jail time and a $1,000 fine.
‘The Oakland Police Department was not alerted to this incident until after the game and we were advised that A’s staff/cameras did not capture video of this during the game,’ OPD Public Information Officer Candace Keas said in a statement.
‘We have initiated an investigation. However, the parties have not been identified and no one has been cited/arrested at this time. The violation is 647(a) PC. Lewd acts in public.’
