A suspected ritualist has confessed that he made a bargain with the underworld to gain fortune, but that he is not permitted to spend it on his family.
While disclosing that he had limited time on earth to spend his money, the millionaire offered to share his fortune with the people.

According to the individual identified on TikTok as @Vesachi 70, he was given only 12 years to spend the 21 billion dollars.
He went on to say that one of the conditions he was given was not to invest the money or use it for meals.
The man invited people to submit their bank account information so that he might gift them with a respectable sum.
