A 9-year-old girl has been identified as the person seen in CCTV footage setting Ebeano supermarket on fire.
Earlier yesterday , July 26, A closed-circuit television footage showing how a young girl set fire to the multi-million naira shopping centre, Ebeano Supermarket Lokogoma, in the Federal Capital Territory emerged.

In the footage obtained by our correspondent on Monday, the suspect, who has been identified, was seen walking into the supermarket along with two suspected female accomplices.
The girl, dressed in a black top and a pair of jeans, could be seen walking to a section of the supermarket where gas cylinders and electric cookers were kept. She, afterwards, picked up a lighter and lit an item there and walked away.
The girl who started the fire has now been identified and taken in for questioning.

Footage of her being questioned for causing damage to goods worth 5 billion Naira has emerged.
When asked who took her to the store, she said she was there with her mum but couldn’t give a cogent reason for setting fire to the store.
