The world is a tough place to be but every once in a while, dreams do come true.
A throwback photo of AMG Medikal looking skinny as a toothpick some years ago has popped up.
Medikal as we know him today is a plump boy with meat over his bones but Medikal in his teen age was the real definition of skinny.

In the photo sighted by us, he was lying in bed with a girl believed to be her sister, Petrah, as they have a close resemblance.
