Ghanaian actress and one of the conveners of the #FixTheCountry agenda, Efia Odo, has called out President Akufo-Addo for disregarding COVID-19 safety protocols by sharing photos of crowded students who lined up to run along his convoy to give an arousing welcome.
This comes in the middle of Ghana Police persistently and consistently securing a court order to ban Fix The Country protestor from staging a street protest and demonstrating.

In a Twitter that came with screenshots of the President sharing the photos on Facebook, Efia added that “the hypocrisy stares us blatantly in our faces every day. We can’t demonstrate but yet this can happen? #FixTheCountry”.

Before these tweets, yesterday, the Ghanaain actress called on supporters to flood the court this Friday for the hearing of the Ghana Police case against the street protest.
“I urge you guys to be in the courtroom on Friday to hopefully get a final verdict on #FixTheCountry demonstration. Most of yall are tired of talking about it on Twitter and are ready to embark on the streets but your attendance speaks volumes. Friday 10:30 am, Accra High Court,” she tweeted.
