Ghana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, has thrown shots to actor John Dumelo.
The 2020 general election is exactly a week away and most aspirants in the various constituencies are tying up all the loose ends to secure vote for themselves.
In the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency, the incumbent MP, Lydia Seyram Alhassan is bent on retaining the seat to continue to represent the constituency for the next four years.
She is facing strong competition from Ghanaian actor and entrepreneur, John Setor Dumelo who is not resting on his laurels.
Dumelo has been up and doing in trying to connect with residents of Ayawaso West.

During a recent party rally in the constituency, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Shriley Ayorkor Botchwey threw direct shots at John Dumelo.
According to her, parliament is a place for serious business and not a place for movie actors.
She added that parliament is not a place for people who think they had their popularity through movies and therefore can contest to lead serious mind people.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, therefore encouraged residents to turn up in their numbers and massively vote for the NPP’s candidate, affectionately called Maa Lydia
