This came after the dancehall musician’s Already song with Beyonce made the list of songs that the Obama family would be listening to this summer.
Obama revealed that list yesterday Monday 17th August 2020. He wrote:
“Over the past few months, I’ve spent a lot of time listening to music with my family. I wanted to share some of my favorites from the summer –– including songs from some of the artists performing at this week’s @DemConvention,” he wrote on social media Monday (Aug. 17). “As always, it’s a mix of genres that travels through various eras. I think there’s something in here for everybody––hope you enjoy it.”
Reacting to Obama’s tweet, Shatta Wale wrote:
“I am just happy for myself, be happy too and leave the rest for God…..They are wondering why their wishes didn’t come to pass, it was all because they didn’t want to see their brother win !!! Before you win you have to learn how to praise a winner.”
