A four year old boy identified as Kofi Baah has met his untimely death after a building collapsed and killed him with a heavy downpour of rain at Gomoa Jukwa in Gomoa Central District of the Central Region.
According to the mother of the dead child, Maame Efua Pentsewa, she was sleeping with her children when she felt like stepping out to urinate.

She added that a few minutes after she came out, she saw and heard the building come down like a mighty fallen tree .
Madam Efua Pentsewa continued that she then started screaming for assistance to rescue her children. But unfortunately, one of her sons couldn’t survive. She narrated her story crying uncontrollably.
The body of her unfortunate dead child has been sent to Agona Swedru Hospital Morgue for preservation.

Meanwhile, the jobless woman has appealed for financial support to enable her to cater for her three remaining children as her husband is also jobless.
She has called on NADMO to support her find shelter.
