Edo also thanked God for the wonders in her life. She stated that if she had ten thousand tongues it would not be enough to thank God.

The actress began her film career in 2000, and she has been featured in more than 100 movies since her debut. In 2013, she was a judge for the Miss Black Africa UK Pageant. She was appointed by the United Nations as United Nations Habitat Youth Envoy in 2014.
