Nigerian singer Duncan Wene Mighty Okechukwu, simply known as Duncan Mighty, allegedly being beaten and whisked away to an unknown location by gunmen.
According to Nigerian showbiz personality, Paschal Chubuike Okechukwu who is widely known as Cubana Chief Priest, the incident occurred in Owerri after several gunshots was allegedly fired.

He wrote “Duncan Mighty beaten n picked up by unknown gunmen in Owerri after numerous gunshots. Pray for Duncan Mighty”
This is coming months after the singer raised an alarm over threats to his life while begging former governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha to take back the money he gave to him to record a song.
According to him, the senator paid him to record a song with one of his boys, and after the job was done, the police invited him to their office.
Duncan also noted that he has been severally threatened because of the same issue. He stated that he wants to refund the payment to avoid further embarrassment to his person.
