Sister Derby joined Ghananaian rapper AmgMedikal on stage to perform the Too Risky song at his Back to Sowutuom Concert which took place on the 30th of November, 2019 at Kwashieman. The concert had the presence of other musicians Kelvinbwoy, Wendy Shay and also the Young Rich Nigga, Shatta Bandle.
This came as a shock to the crowd and all Ghananaians as the two haven’t been on talking terms since they broke up. They’re relationship landed on the rocks when Medikal left Sister Derby to date his best friend who is a movie actress and entrepreneur Fella Makafui.

Sister Derby even recorded a diss song for Medikal for cheating on her in the relationship after they broke up. Ever since their break up, the two are hardly seen at the same program as they seemed to be avoiding each other.

They were recently however seen at the same event, at the 4syte Music Awards where Medikal was performing and Sister Derby was seen dancing to it in the crowd. This time around, Sister Derby surprised Medikal by joining him to perform a song they recorded together while dating and the crowd couldn’t stop screaming.
