Gentiny Ngobila Mbala of Kinshasa was disgraced by his fellow Congolese while shopping in Paris, France.
In a video which has gone viral, the Congolese Governor was given the beating of his life and roughened up by his own countrymen for reasons which hasn’t yet been disclosed.

Mbala governs the state capital which is the largest city of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The city of Kinshasa has had a different status under each of the different regimes in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
