According to Tipsy, Shatta Wale promised her some money after they spent a night together but he has refused to make good on his promise.

In the said video, we see the woman who is covering herself with towel and was heard talking to a someone who’s voice sounded just like Shatta Wale and based on familiarity, we can say it may possibly be the voice of Shatta Wale.
Tipsy then called out Shatta Wale to settle her, else she will release their video without hesitation.
