Best Group of the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA), Wutah ‘dies’ after Guru tried to revive them.
When Wutah, made up of Afriyie and Wutah Kobby, reunited in 2017 after splitting for about seven years, they were signed on to Guru’s NKZ Records and released the hit tracks AK47 and Bronya which won them the Best Group of the Year award at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) last year.

However, reports of another split started circulating in the latter part of 2018 and have not stopped.
In a video spotted by Atinkanews.net on social media, Wutah Kobby confirmed that the group is dead and that there’s no way the group can be revived.
He indicated that he’s taken a personal decision and that will be binding using the opportunity to thank everyone who is supporting the Wutah Kobby brand in order for him to achieve greatness.
