Burniton Music Group signee, Kelvyn Boy has refused to apologise for comments deemed “harsh” about Wendy Shay and her manager Bullet.
A couple of weeks ago, Kelvyn Boy in an interview with Accra FM revealed that awards and hit songs do not make him who he is but rather Wendy Shay is the very person who needs the awards and hit songs to stay relevant.

He added that he simply can’t beef an artiste who can’t write songs on her own.
He was accused of trying to start a beef with Wendy Shay when he snubbed her at the Shatta-Stone peace press conference.
Speaking to Andy Dosty on his #DaybreakHitz show on June 28, Kelvyn Boy revealed that it was an honest statement he made about them and not a harsh one.
Asked if he has apologised to Bullet after making that statement, Kelvyn Boy stated that he owes no one an apology.
According to him, when he was accused of snubbing Wendy Shay, he called Bullet to explain his side of the story because he believed bloggers would spin the story to suit them.

Kelvyn Boy explained contrary to Bullet’s assertions, he is not jealous if Wendy Shay or her award as ‘Best New Artiste of the Year’.
The ‘Mea’ hitmaker stated the award given to Wendy Shay has not dampened his spirits neither does it assure her of success in the future.
“There are artistes who have won awards and have been coming to me for features, life is like that,” he added.
Kelvyn Boy told Andy Dosty he is disappointed in the actions of Bullet as a manager, “I would never apologise to him.”
