Sarkodie and Shatta Wale had teased footballer Christian Atsu after Ghana’s match against Benin, calling him Kofi Mole because of his new hairstyle.
Fast-rising Ghanaian singer Kofi Mole has reacted to his name being used to tease Christian Atsu in the ongoing AFCON.
Right after the match, some celebrities including Shatta Wale and Sarkodie twitted about the match calling some of the players names.
One person who was mentioned by almost all of those who commented is Christian Atsu who has a new hairstyle like Kofi Mole, the Don’t be Late hitmaker.
Therefore, for mischief purposes, they did not mention Atsu’s name directly but replaced it with Kofi Mole’s name. Shatta Wale, for instance said Kofi Mole (Atsu’s) boots were bigger than him so he couldn’t play well as expected.

Sarkodie also twitted that Kofi Mole (Atsu) must up his game or else he would have second thoughts about him.

However, the original Kofi Mole has shown that he is not angry or upset about the development.
In a Snapchat post , Mole joked in response writing simply that Atsu would find trouble for him. He wrote: “Oh charley, Atsu find trouble give me.”
