Top Kay, an ex-management member for popular Kumawood actor, Nkansah Lilwin has made a serious allegation against the wife of the actor.
Top Kay disclosed that he has hard core evidence to prove the infidelity of Akusoa Patricia, the wife of Kwadwo Nkansah (Lil Win).

He has alleged that, Akusoa Patricia cheated a couple of times with a certain camera man, aside the cameraman, Patricia also cheated with another guy.
In an Aggressive Interview with Kwaku Manu , Top Kay advises his former boss, Lilwin to go for DNA test on his kids because they’re probably not his biological kids.
