The beef between Ghanaian dancehall artiste’s Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy accelerated at this years’ Vodafone Ghana Music Awards after Stonebwoy pulled a gun on stage while receiving the Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year Award.
The never-ending turf war was ignited when Stonebwoy was announced as the Raggae/Dancehall artist of the year.

Shatta Wale followed Stonebwoy to the stage. It unclear what reasons Shatta Wale followed Stonebwoy to stage but fans of Stonebwoy resisted.
It became a huge confrontation that Stonebwoy angrily pulled a gun on stage but was calmed down by the fans.
The security officials at the Dome started spraying the patrons of the award with pepper spray and the guests at the VIP stand were quickly rushed out.
