The embattled Chief Executive Officer of gold dealership firm, Menzgold Ghana Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah, aka NAM 1 has been re-arrested in Dubai shortly after winning the case in that country.
The Public Relations Officer of Menzgold, Nii Armah Amaterfio said the embattled CEO has been re-arrested upon an order by the Ghanaian authorities.

He told Accra FM that “He was re-arrested in Dubai. This was after the Interpol in Ghana issued an alert that he was being investigated.”
On 9th April, the embattled CEO was pronounced not guilty by Dubai court and the court ordered the company, with which he had had issues, to pay him all outstanding debts. NAM1 after the court ruling broke his silence for the first time in five months.
The comment by NAM1 offered a ray of hope to Menzgold customers who felt they will finally be receiving their locked up cash.
