The “Gringo” hitmaker, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, professional known as Satta Wale has clarified the rationale behind his insults to anyone who criticizes his yet-to-be released “Island” Video on Zylofon’s Showbiz Agenda on 21st January, 2019.
Is it because of the backlash from the “My Level” Video that has pre-empted the insults on people likely to criticize the yet-to-be released “Island” Video?
Shatta Wale in answering declined to that notion but rather explained that he made that statement because some people criticize blindly with no knowledge of what they are talking about.

He further added that he does both Afro-Pop and Dancehall, so, if you criticize an afro-pop music video from him and criticize it with the spectacle of dancehall or the other way round, then it means you are either “a f00l or an ill!terate”.
He also added that people also criticize his work because they belong to other camps such as Bhim Nation, Sarkcess Music or from Samini’s camp, hence, will not see anything good from anything from the SM family which doesn’t auger well for the Ghanaian music industry.
Shatta, meanwhile, said he’s by no means stopping people from reviewing his works but since the video or song has already been made, he advised that the critics must push it or leave as criticism won’t matter much by that time.
