With the participants for the round of 16 now set, attention can turn to Monday’s draw, which promises to offer up some tantalizing ties. The eight group winners will be paired with the eight second-place sides; rules of the draw stipulate that clubs from the same league cannot meet in the last 16, and two sides that were in the same group can’t be paired together either.
