Ghanaian Rapper Medikal has caused a stir on social media after performing with his Ex-girlfriend, Sister Derby in London.
Medikal, after many months of preparations, has just pulled off his first concert in London. The Planning and Plotting concert was sold out inside the O2 Indigo arena.

Medikal recruited top superstars in Ghana to help him deliver a wonderful show; stars including Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, and Article Wan, to name a few, were all present to support.
However, the performer who stole the headline was Sister Deborah. The musician got everyone screaming at the top of their voice when she came on stage to perform her hit song with Medikal, Too Risky.
Their stage presence was palpable, not only for their rhythmic blend, but for a smooth delivery of their dance choreography.

The shocking part of their performance was when Medikal gave sister Derby the platform to promote her ‘Kakalika Love’, a diss song she recorded for Fella Makafui prior to her wedding with Medikal.

His performance with Sister Derby has generated debate on social media with fans reacting and expressing surprise at the rapper’s action.
It is unclear what the rapper’s motives are for performing together with his ex-girlfriend shortly after an amicable marriage breakup.
However, Fella Makafui was not present at the concert and was also engaged in media tour to promote her debut movie titled “Resonance”.
