As earlier reported by Atinkanews.net , an Ethiopian Airlines plane carrying 149 passengers and eight crew members from Addis Ababa crashed on its way to Nairobi, Kenya.
Following the crash, more detailed images revealed there was virtually no chance of anyone to survive the crash which claimed 157 lives
Even as the world is still coming to terms with the tragic Ethiopian Airlines tragedy, fresh photos from the crash site have brought to perspective the devastating manner in which all 157 people lost their lives.
According to a statement said the plane crashed around 08:44 local time on Sunday, March 10, 2019, after taking off at the Bole International Airport six minutes earlier.
Following the crash, heartbreaking photos of splinters from the fall have emerged.

A black box in the plane’s cockpit has already been salvaged from the wreckage and it will be used in aiding in investigations on what exactly caused the crash.
According to witnesses, an enormous fire was visible at the crash site near the town of Bishoftu, some 31 miles from Addis Ababa.

More revealing photos accessed showed the plane dug a crater which was up to 10 metres as a result of the impact with the ground.
In the midst of all of these, a particular passenger missed the ill-fated flight . According to him, he was two minutes late, and so, the flight left before he could hop on. At the moment, his lateness is well justified.
